Packs are bought on this website, so we took the payment and we issue the refund. Email [email protected] and say which pack.

How to ask

  • Bought on this website: email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or the one on your account, and say which pack. We will reply to confirm, and the money goes back the way it came within fourteen days of us agreeing it.

Your cancellation right

UK law gives you fourteen days to cancel a digital purchase. For digital content that right ends early, but only if all three of these happened, and on a pack bought here they do:

  1. you asked for access to start straight away, before the fourteen days were up;
  2. you were told, and agreed, that you would lose the right to cancel by doing so; and
  3. we confirmed both of those back to you in writing, in the email that carries your code.

Those are the two boxes on the buy page, and the email that carries your code confirms them back to you. Both have to be ticked to pay, because the pack opens the moment the code does and there is no way to hold it back: buying is giving up the fourteen days, and the page says so before you pay rather than afterwards.

If you would rather keep them, do not buy yet. Sit the free material first: that is what it is there for, and it costs nothing and needs no account.

What this does not take away

Cancelling and complaining are different things. If a pack is faulty, not as described, or not what the page said it was, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies and no box you ticked changes that. Email us and say what is wrong: if we cannot put it right you are entitled to your money back, however long you have had it.

If the pack is wrong

If something is actually wrong with a pack we would rather fix it than refund it. Email [email protected] and tell us which question. That is a separate thing from cancelling, and the paragraph above applies however long you have had the pack.

What a refund does

When a purchase is refunded the pack closes on your account. Your practice history is not deleted.
